Platform Overview

The VirtualEvents.CA platform was built with you in mind! Whether you're an event producer, exhibitor or participant we focus our development on improving the end user experience, allowing you to get the most from the virtual engagements you conduct or participate in.

Architecture of participation

Our platform promotes participation and interaction between all those attending your virtual event. This high level of two way communication allows participants to efficiently get the information they are looking for in a comfortable web 2.0 architecture. It will also provide you with more information on your audience and greater access to that audience for your exhibitors, sponsors and speakers.

Access + Analytics = Measurable Return on Investment

Easy to Use and Accessible

The very nature of virtual events is based around accessiblity and convenience. We have built our platform on an accessible frame work that allows you to take full advantage of the ubiquitous nature of browser based applications that  are light on system requirements and easy to use. Once logged into the VirtualEvents.Ca platform, every element of the event is only a click away.

There is little to no learning curve for event producers as the VirutalEvents.Ca platform is a managed service and our staff are there every step of the way.

From planning, design to execution you will have our full support.

Dynamic Video Centric Design

Since the trusted mark of YouTube made publishing video to the web a 2 click process your audience has come to expect video as a part of their online experience. Our platform focuses heavily on rich media including video chat in both the Lounge and at Exhibitor booths and video presentations by vendors and sponsors. The integration of the Webcast Center platform into the Auditorium provides key note addresses and speaker presentations the best in web broadcast technology and on the ground support from Webcast Center producers.
